Job Overview:
We are looking for an SEO Executive who will be responsible for promoting and increasing traffic to client websites through effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO techniques, keyword optimization, and the latest search engine trends to improve organic search rankings and generate measurable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct detailed on-page SEO audits, suggesting improvements for content, keywords, meta tags, and site structure.
- Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions, ensuring proper keyword placement and content relevance.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value terms and optimize content based on those insights.
- Execute off-page SEO tasks including backlink acquisition, competitor analysis, and social bookmarking to improve website domain authority and overall SEO performance.
- Monitor search engine rankings and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, ensuring that the website is optimized according to the latest standards.
Content Optimization
- Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize SEO-friendly content for client websites.
- Recommend changes to existing content to improve search engine performance, such as adjusting headlines, adding target keywords, and improving readability.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices while maintaining quality and relevancy to the target audience.
Client Performance Reporting
- Provide regular SEO performance reports, analyzing traffic, keyword rankings, and other important metrics.
- Track website performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to enhance SEO results.
- Communicate with clients regularly to update them on SEO progress and results.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques such as keyword optimization, meta tags, content structuring, and internal linking.
- Experience with off-page SEO strategies including link-building, guest blogging, and outreach to relevant websites.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., Ubersuggest, Keyword Planner) and techniques for finding high-value keywords.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve website performance and create SEO-focused reports.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Google’s algorithm updates and their implications for SEO strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and other team members.
- A degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML for SEO purposes.
- Familiarity with website optimization techniques such as page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience (UX).
- Basic knowledge of local SEO practices for optimizing websites to rank in specific geographical locations.
